This Refunds and Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted by Prockured, a brand owned and operated under the domain (http://www.prockured.com). By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the processing or dispatch phase.
1.2 Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to connect@prockured.com, clearly stating the Order ID and reason for cancellation.
1.3 The following categories of products are non-cancellable once the order has been placed:
Machinery
Refrigeration Equipment
Furniture Items
These categories involve made-to-order manufacturing and logistical constraints and are excluded from the general cancellation terms.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not in working condition at the time of delivery.
The product received does not match the ordered specification (wrong item or incorrect quantity).
2.2 All refund requests must be supported by compulsory photographic or video evidence clearly depicting the issue and must be submitted within 24 hours of product delivery.
2.3 Refunds, where approved, shall be processed through direct bank transfer only after the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality verification.
2.4 Refunds shall be credited within six (6) to eight (8) business days from the date of approval.
2.5 The following products and services are non-refundable:
Machinery
Refrigeration Equipment
Furniture
Customized or installed items
Services rendered, including installation and modification, once initiated
3. Returns and Replacements
3.1 Prockured accepts returns and/or replacements under the following terms:
The product must be returned in an unused, unopened, and originally packaged condition.
Requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Return approvals are subject to verification and final inspection by our internal team.
3.2 Return logistics:
Reverse pickup services may be offered based on the product category and delivery location.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer or Prockured, depending on the nature and reason for return. This will be determined at the sole discretion of Prockured.
3.3 Upon successful receipt and quality check, the product may either be:
Replaced with a new unit; or
Refunded in accordance with the refund terms specified in Section 2.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
4.1 The following categories are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of transit damage or manufacturer defects:
Machinery
Refrigeration Equipment
Furniture
Perishable goods that are used or stored improperly
Customized or altered products
Services such as installation or on-site modifications
