Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation: Within 24 hours only, before processing. Not valid for Machinery, Refrigeration, or Furniture.
Refund Eligibility: Returns and refunds are applicable only in cases of wrong, missing, or defective products. To initiate a claim, please ensure you record an unboxing video of the product as proof.
Non-Refundable Products: Machinery, Refrigeration, Furniture, Customized or Installed Items, and Services.
Returns: Allowed only if unused, unopened, and reported within 24 hours. Subject to approval. Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Returns and refunds are applicable only in cases of wrong, missing, or defective products. To initiate a claim, please ensure you record an unboxing video of the product as proof.
Shipping policy
Orders of Rs. 4,999 or above qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount carry a flat Rs. 599 shipping charge.
We generally ship products within 2-3 days of receiving the order, and the delivery may take up to 7-8 business days to reach the final destination.
