The Trufrost & Butler DTF-4 NEU Desktop Ice Cream and Gelato Scooping Display Freezer is designed for professional ice cream parlours, dessert shops, cafés, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and QSR counters. With a storage capacity of 120–150 litres, it allows efficient display and storage of ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and other frozen desserts.
Equipped with a sliding glass top or hinged tempered glass lid, the freezer provides optimal visibility for customer-facing displays while maintaining ideal temperatures between -18°C and -22°C. The R290 eco-friendly refrigerant, combined with forced air or direct cooling, ensures uniform freezing and energy efficiency.
Built with stainless steel interior and exterior, the DTF-4 NEU offers optional internal lighting, removable trays and shelves for easy cleaning, and optional castor wheels for mobility. Its heavy-duty, rust-resistant design ensures long-lasting durability for high-volume commercial use in professional dessert service.
