It produces small to medium gourmet ice cubes / Supercubes weighing approximately 15–20 gm, perfect for cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, juices, and cold coffee.

This self contained ice maker produces up to 33 kg of ice per 24 hours and includes a 20–25 kg built-in ice storage capacity. Its compact design allows it to fit under counters while providing reliable commercial performance.

Built with a stainless steel exterior and ABS interior, the Scotsman AC M 57 features an ice storage access door, electronic control with auto shut-off, and a front access removable & washable air filter.
